Fabulous recipes and ideas are featured in this magazine at a very affordable price; way less than the supermarkets check-out lanes.
And the rest of those pages had advertisements on one page or half the page. I went through and tore out all the pages that had advertisements on both sides and it took out about 3/4 of the magazine. Big rip off and I have since switched magazines. When a magazine has very low cost to get started that should be a red flag. These magazines are mostly ALL advertisements.
It's worth the subscription. Yes, Beter Homes and Gardens has a lot of ads but it's still a great little magazine. Excellent and practical indoor and outdoor home interior design tips, great style tips (which are affordable),and wonderful straightforward recipes.
Now I've been in NC for four years and thought I'd try a new subscription to BH&G. All in all, BH&G has been around a long time and I'll continue to receive this magazine.
I trust this company very much and appreciate all of the goods they do supply. About Amazon.com.you can get just about anything you like from Amazon.
I subscribed to BH&G for many years. There are other magazines that I seem to like better at this point, that being Oprah and Good Housekeeping.
Go Amazon. When we moved cross country, I canceled the subscription.
It's a nice magazine, has lots of ideas and I've enjoyed getting the magazine.
I suppose this isn't a product review exactly, but I was supposed to receive this at a reduced rate after buying something else, and only ever received one issue, even after contacting their subscription dept.
